The Turnaround Time

Once we have received your hair sample, it will take approximately two weeks to complete the analysis, which includes Dr. Hull’s interpretation time.

Dr. Hull will email you when she has received the results from the lab. Typically, the lab emails her advanced results, and to save time, Dr. Hull works on your recommendations before your report is postal mailed to her. She will then email you her advanced copy of your report and her interpretation and recommendations. Once we receive the original hard copy from the lab, we postal mail you the reports.

If you do not want your report emailed to you, please let us know, and we will postal mail the results to you only.

To save time, you can send us your hair sample by FedEx or UPS, or Rush USPS delivery. We prefer USPS delivery sent to:
