  2. bundle a phone conference with Dr. Hull with your hair analysis for $62 to discuss your lab results (50% off the phone conference)

  3. $15 for a hard copy of your lab results and Dr. Hull’s report snail mailed to you (USA addresses only)

  4. $125 for a 1-hour phone conference with Dr Hull (no hair analysis)

  5. $140 for the hair analysis lab only (no interpretation report from Dr. Hull)
