Common Questions

Q: If I pay by credit card, do I get a receipt of the payment?

A: Yes, a Internet receipt will come at the time of your order, and Dr. Hull sends another copy by postal mail with your hair report.

Q: How may days after your receive the hair sample will I get the hair report?

A: It takes about 2 weeks from arrival of the hair until the report is done. Dr. Hull will email you the report and lab results before the postal delivers the original copies; and this saves several days of time.

Q: What if I do not want my hair report emailed to me, but just postal mailed to me? I am concerned about someone else seeing the results; I do not want them to know that I had this done.

A: Just email us that you do not want the hair analysis results emailed to you, and we will note that in your file and only postal mail Dr. Hull’s report and the lab results when we receive them from the lab.

Q: How do you send the report?

A: We email the report to you, and then postal mail the results USPS if you select that option.

Q: What do I get for $235.00 USD?

A: Dr. Hull’s spends at least one-hour studying your results, writing your report and recommendations, sending you additional inserts to help better understand her recommendations, plus a colored print-out of your lab results.

A: How do you guarantee accuracy of your report?

A: Our lab is USA Federally certified, and one of the pioneers introducing the hair analysis for nutritional purposes. Dr. Hull has numerous academic degrees and personal experience with the hair analysis, making her one of the leading experts using the hair analysis for health and wellness. She has a Doctorate in Nutrition, a Master’s in Environmental Science from Texas A&M, an OSHA Certification in Emergency Response, and an undergraduate degree from UT Austin in International Geography. She is an environmental toxicologist. Dr. Hull has many testimonials on her website that you can read. She is good at what she does, and she has helped many people.

Q: Do you do the hair analysis on babies?

A: If they have a small tablespoon of hair that can be submitted to the lab, YOU BET that we do the hair testing on babies! Dr. Hull raised three sons on her own, and has a passion for pediatric nutrition. Helping children is well worth all the effort that a parent can put forth. And the younger the better if they are showing adverse health reactions. Many babies are born with a toxic load, so to be able to help parents identify toxins sooner than later may save the child much future suffering. It can also serve as a way to refuse many of the very toxic, and unnecessary, vaccinations that are given to babies and toddlers today.
