Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, there is no refund for your hair analysis if the hair sample has already been sent to the lab for processing.

If your hair sample has not been sent to Dr. Hull within 60 days, a refund cannot be issued, but credit for payment will be applied to our other services.

  1. You can submit a hair sample for another person,
  2. You can have a 60-minute phone consultation with Dr. Hull to discuss your health concerns.
