Ordering a hair analysis with Dr. Hull is a three step process. You do not have to order online, you can mail your info, payment and hair to Dr. Hull via regular mail:
Step 1:
Submit your health information and payment to Dr. Hull (online or via mail)
Step 2:
Send Dr. Hull a sample of your hair (we have additional instructions & videos to help you)
Step 3:
We will email you the report AND send you a hard copy in the mail (usually within ten business days)
To order offline download the Hair Analysis Form below, print it off and mail it to us with your payment and hair sample (recommended for patients outside of the United States). Click here for international orders.
The cost for the hair analysis is $187.00 USD (includes shipping). That includes an $85.00 lab fee and $95.00 for Dr. Hull's interpretation and nutritional recommendations emailed to you and sent via regular mail.
