The payment for the hair analysis is due before the lab commences testing.
Once your hair and payment have been received and sent to the lab, you cannot receive a refund.
If you change your mind and request a refund before 60 days, you will receive a full refund, minus cancellation charges that we receive from our on-line payment provider, like PayPal.
After 60 days, however, no refund will be granted, and the hair testing will proceed when you are ready to submit your hair.
If you need to postpone the test at any time, we will retain your submission form, payment, and hair sample in our files, and when you are ready, we will proceed with no additional payment due.
You can also re-submit another, more recent hair sample to us, at no charge.
