Canceling Orders
The payment for the hair analysis is due before the lab commences testing. Once your hair has been received and sent to the lab, you cannot receive a refund. If you need to postpone the test, we will hold your submission form and hair sample in our files, and when you do submit your sample to us, we will proceed forward at that time with no additional payment due.
