Can I Order Over The Phone?

We offer a variety of ordering options for the convenience of our patients around the world. For our customers who prefer to submit their payment person-to-person, we have a toll-free order placement service available 24 hours a day!

Your submission form and patient information cannot be submitted by phone, however. To submit your health information, either fill out the form online or print off the form and mail it with your hair sample. The on-line process can take up to 30 minutes, depending on how much information you want to share about your health background.

After you complete the on-line patient information form, we will provide the order placement telephone number so you can call and have your payment processed via phone. Please note these representatives have limited knowledge of the hair analysis and cannot provide nutritional counseling. They are merely available for our customers who wish to process payment via phone.
