Do I have to order on-line? I prefer not ordering off the Internet.

We have an order form you can download and snail mail to our offices with your child’s hair sample, or you can call our toll-free order placement service. After you submit your information (child's health info) we will give you our toll-free number to call and place your order over the phone.

Please note: our toll-free number is an order placement only number; our phone representatives have limited knowledge on the hair analysis and function primarily as an alternate method of payment for you if you prefer not to submit your credit card information online.
