Can I get a refund?

Once the hair has been received and sent to the lab, you cannot receive a refund. If for any reason you decide that you do not want to send in your hair after you have made payment, then we will refund 100% of your payment if you contact us within 60 days of your purchase.

Now pay close attention to this following statement: If you wait 60 days or more to inform us that you have changed your mind, we cannot access your charge information to refund your money, so you will have to proceed with the hair testing at a later date. No refund will be issued after 60 days for any reason.
